Privacy notice

Phaseo Live Timing is operated under the Phaseo brand. We are the controller for account and service data described here. Contact privacy@phaseo.app for privacy requests.

• Account information such as your name, email address and authentication records.
• Subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Stripe handles payment-card details; Phaseo does not store full card numbers.
• Telemetry you choose to publish, including participant names, lap and sector times, vehicle status, events and recordings.
• Technical records such as IP address, browser or bridge version, timestamps, error logs and security events.
• Support messages and information you provide when asking for help.

We process account, telemetry and billing data to provide the service and perform our contract with you. We use limited technical and security records for our legitimate interests in protecting, debugging and improving Phaseo. We process information where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes and prevent abuse.

We use Cloudflare for API, database, realtime and recording infrastructure; Vercel for the website; Stripe for billing; and, once enabled, Resend for transactional email. Public telemetry pages and recordings are visible to anyone with access when you configure a stream as public. We do not sell personal data.

Our providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy regulations or contractual safeguards provided by those processors. Contact us for more detail about applicable safeguards.

Account records are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for security, tax or dispute handling. Session recordings follow the retention period shown for your plan: 7 days on Free, 30 days on Pro, 90 days on Streamer and 365 days on League. Security logs are retained only as long as operationally necessary.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Email privacy@phaseo.app. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

We use essential authentication cookies required to keep you signed in. We do not currently use advertising cookies. We use access controls, hashed credentials, encrypted transport and provider security controls, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
