Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel a paid plan through the dashboard billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the current billing period and no further monthly payment will be taken.

If you are a UK consumer, you may ask to cancel and receive a refund within 14 days of your initial paid order. We also consider renewal refund requests made within 14 days, particularly where the service has not been materially used since renewal. Email billing@phaseo.app with the account email and payment date.

If Phaseo is materially faulty, not as described or unavailable for a sustained period, contact us so we can investigate and, where appropriate, repair the service, credit the account or provide a full or partial refund. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks may take additional time to show the credit. We will acknowledge cancellation and refund requests by email.
