Terms of service

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account, bridge token and activity performed through them.

You retain rights in telemetry and content you upload. You grant Phaseo the limited permission needed to receive, process, display, store and transmit that content to provide the service. You must have permission to publish participant names or other personal information and should use private streams where appropriate.

Do not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, publish unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, inject data into another user's stream, scrape the service excessively or use Phaseo to violate another person's rights.

Paid plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel or manage payment details through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Price or material plan changes will be communicated before they apply.

We aim to provide a reliable service but telemetry depends on your game, network, PC and third-party infrastructure. We may maintain, improve or discontinue features. Beta features and the unsigned beta bridge may change and should not be relied upon for safety-critical or professional race-control decisions.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law or address non-payment. You may stop using Phaseo and cancel your subscription at any time.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, Phaseo is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities or failures caused by your equipment, game telemetry, internet connection or third-party services.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have where you live. Questions can be sent to support@phaseo.app.
