Phaseo supports F1 2020, F1 2021, F1 22, F1 23, F1 24, F1 25 and the F1 26 Season Pack on PC, PlayStation and Xbox. Console use requires a Windows PC running the bridge on the same network. See the full compatibility matrix and telemetry limitations.

Check the setup guide, confirm UDP telemetry is enabled at 60 Hz on port 20777, and restart the bridge after changing game telemetry settings.

Email support@phaseo.app. Include your account email, game and UDP format, bridge version, the approximate time of the problem and any error message. Never send your password, full payment-card details or bridge token.

For cancellation, duplicate charges or refund requests, email billing@phaseo.app from the address on your account.

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@phaseo.app. Please do not access other users' data or disrupt the service while investigating an issue.

The API exposes a health check at api.livetiming.phaseo.app/api/health. A public incident-history page will be added before general availability.
